Jacky Cauvin's Paradise

Logbook index Previous page At last page

10 April. After two nights at Terres Blanches, we were going to Anjajavy for the next three nights, but first we wanted to go with Jacky for a boat excursion to Moramba Bay. Jacky was having engine trouble with his boat, so Patrick Gay offered to transfer us and our luggage in his speedboat to Hotel Anjajavy. After unloading our luggage, we got picked up by Patrick Rochet's speedboat with Jacky and most of the other Terres Blanches guests for a beautiful excursion to Moramba Bay with its numerous tsingy limestone islands and baobab trees.

After the excursion, they dropped us off at the Anjajavy beach and we bid everyone a fond farewell. After just two days they felt like old friends.
